RunSpecGuard (“we”, “us”) provides a customised AI fitment assistant for e-commerce merchants in the automotive parts market. Contact for all matters: support@runspecguard.com.
For each merchant we configure and operate a private assistant that reads only that merchant's own product information and official documentation, answers end-customer questions about fitment, price and installation, declines when a vehicle or part is not in the catalogue, and runs on the merchant's own website.
A one-off onboarding fee applies per merchant as quoted in the applicable invoice, covering material preparation, fitment validation, deployment and the acceptance test. Optional ongoing operation is billed annually or monthly as agreed. Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude any taxes we are required to collect. Payment is by the link or bank details we provide.
Onboarding is accepted when the assistant answers at least 22 of the 23 agreed verification questions correctly on the merchant's own site, or when the merchant puts the assistant live in front of customers — whichever happens first.
Data handling is described in our Privacy Notice. In summary: we work from publicly published product information, we do not access orders, customer lists or payment data, and each merchant's instance is separate.
The merchant retains all rights in its catalogue, documentation and trademarks. We retain all rights in the assistant software, configuration and infrastructure, and grant the merchant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the assistant on its own website during the term.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on an answer without final human confirmation.
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. On termination we stop the assistant and delete or hand over the merchant's instance data at the merchant's written choice, subject to legal retention requirements. Ongoing operation is cancellable at any time with no long contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by discussion.
